Where are your boats located?

All our charter boats are in Mallorca. We have boats in the following marinas: Club de Mar, Puerto Portals, Port Adriano, Port Cala Nova, La Lonja Marina.

Where can we go on your boat charters?

How far you can go depends on the size of the boat you have chosen, some of our bigger boats can go as far as Ibiza. Our smaller boats will take you along the Mallorcan coastline around Palma Bay, you will be taken to beaches and calas such as Portals Vells and Illetas for example. If there is somewhere specific you’d like to go, we can liaise with you captain and if it’s possible we will make it happen.

Will there be other people on the boat with us?

No, we only offer private boat charters.

Are there toilets on all your boats?

Some of our boats have toilets. It will state in the information for your specific boat here.

Do you provide transport/transfers?

No, you will need to make your own way to and from the marina on the day of your charter.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my charter?

If the weather is too dangerous to take your boat out, we will try to rearrange your charter for another day. If this is not possible, you will receive a full refund.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund is only offered in the case of bad weather.

How many people can you fit on your boats?

Each boat has a different maximum capacity. If you have more than 12 guests, we can take 2 boats out together or for much larger parties we have catamarans that can take up to 70 guests.

Do I have to pay the full charter cost upfront?

If your charter date is less than one month away at the time of booking we need the full payment to reserve the boat and confirm. If you are booking more than one month in advance we can take a non refundable deposit of 50%. The final payment will then be due one month before your charter date.

Can we add more guests to our booking after we have confirmed?

Yes, if the number of guests will still be within the max. capacity of your boat. We don’t charge per person, you pay for the whole boat as a private charter.

Is fuel included in the charter prices?

Fuel is included in the price of the charter on our Mastercraft X46. On all other boats you will pay for the fuel you have used at the end of the day. We can give you an estimate of the cost depending on the boat, where you are going and of you are doing watersports etc.

How much do your charters costs?

This depends on the boat you are on (we have many to choose from) and if you are doing a half day, full day, week etc.

Do you offer water sports?

Each boat is different. On some of our boats we offer towed watersports such as waterskiing, wake boarding and tubing. There are also paddle boards and snorkeling equipment available on most of our boats (please ask if you’re not sure).

Do you offer charters for more than one day or weekly?

On some of our boats, yes. Please contact us to discuss.

Can we take your boats out ourselves without a skipper/captain?

If you have a valid, European boat license, we have some boats you can take without our captains.

Do you have any boats we can use without a skipper/captain if we don’t have a boat license?

No, we only offer charters with a skipper/captain or if you have a valid boat license we have some boats you can charter yourself.
